We are such d*** as we spent 24 hours on the train arriving and Darwin at 5.30pm and thought we were leaving at 3am to catch our flight to Cairns, so we thought we would save money....Joyce and i booked into a dorm and were going to sneek Darren in later, the plan was under way until we realised that we had booked into a all girls dorm and of course had the bloody dorm police in full swing, that being a middle aged woman who could of easily taken biggest woman award, she had a crew cut and seemed far more interested in slobbing out in bed and watching the girls, why the hell she was in a dorm in a backpackers was a mystery, so anyway we waited for ages before trying to smuggle Darren in and as soon as he walked in she had the torch in his face and telling him 'to get out' and was going hysterical, honestly if we werent so scared from being bust we would of laughed, haha plan did not work and he had to go and book into a different hostel, and then we realised we got our dates mixed up and was not flying for a another day so that was a bonus, but what d*** right!!

Our last day in Darwin was awsome, we made friends with a bunch of nutters but had the most amazing time, other than me being sick as a dog still though.

we were up at 2.30am to catch our plane to cairns and i actually feel like a zombie, i have never been so tired in my life.

we pick up our van tomorrow so very excited.
