hi gang

well getting to a hostel in phuket was a flaming nightmare we get a mini van and thats like 2 hours late anyway no problem compared to what we had next, today was thailand new year and to celebrate they have like a huge water fight the biggest i have ever seen everyone has either a water gun, a hose huge bucket of water or paint guns so we got a little bit of water thrown at us in krabi waiting for the bus ah i thought a few kids having fun then we reach phuket and have to get a tuk tuk to the beach and my god we got drenched was soaked through as were all my bags getting to be not funny anymore then we get dumped in middle of town where the biggest water fight is going on we have no idea where our hostel is there are no taxis just angry thais with water guns and travellers all thinking its so hilarious to throw water in my face or all down my back or all over my bags, a few times i snatched their bucket off them threw it in their face then threw it on the ground by this point i was nearly in tears and getting so angry wouldnt have minded so much if i didnt have all my bags with me its my life in those litle bags anyway then we got attacked with paint and jono was not amused as he was wearing a real lacoste top and we finally made it to a lovely guest house right on the beach which we never would have found if it wasnt for kiwi romey and ausie rick who we befriended on the bus, all my stuff was soaked through my pics, my diary money everything not a great start to Phuket, anyway after i fumed over that for most of the day we had a nice dinner on the beach watching the sunset couldnt really leave the room as we didnt want o get soaked again so had a few drinks on the beach and had early night. Next day the sun was shining great!!!we sunbathed on the beach and got burnt like a lobster so as im not allowed in the sun anymore and no mum i wasnt even wearing my hat dont freak! i am here tapping away my diray as my shoulders are all tight and in pain poor me nevermind ah my fault!!
