Hi! Me and Sarah arrived in New Zealand last night and today had a look round Auckland with Gill and went up the Sky Tower, which has really good views over the north island.

I had a really nice time in Singapore. The first day I went on the open top tour bus around the city, went on a boat tour and shopped in China town. Singapore is a really nice place, very busy with lots of shops, but very clean and very multicultural. The second day I had a day full of animals - went to the bird park, zoo and night safari. I got to ride on an elephant and feed an elephant, monkey and some birds! The last day I took a cable car over to Sentosa island, where I visited the Southern most point of continental Asia and spent a while on the beach before watching a bird show and wandering around the park. I had Japanese for tea and managed to eat with chopsticks!

Looking forward to our trip round NZ's south island, we fly down to Christchurch tomorrow. Lots of Love Katy XXX
