After a night at a traditional US motel (horror film styley) we had breakfast at a proper American diner! Both were unique, true American experiences! We then set off to visit High Springs and I have never seen something so gorgeous in all my life! It was simply stunning. The water was fresh and crystal clear. Swimming in it was one experience I will never forget! The one we was in was actually voted the 5th best open water places in the world! We had fish, turtles and caves all sharing the waters with us. Out of this world. After a game of volleyball in the sun we sat down for a BBQ. The food, surroundings, weather and company has been brilliant today. We are now on a 4 hour journey to Panama Beach where I expect the views will be just as gorgeous!
