Hi mate - well it's soooo hot here! Hottest July on record apparantly. Not much news from me - had a quiet weekend, stil job hunting.. Living with Eddy is cool and saving me lots of money but I miss my flat in Henley and having my own place. Jungle trip sounded great - I would love that. So, you're in Ubud now? Lots to do there and lots to buy!! Funny that I was there 2 months ago almost to the day! At least you've been there before so you know the score. But all the sexy aussie surfers are in Kuta?!?! Hope the weather is good - it rained a lot when I was in Ubud.
I am going to a stag night this Friday then a (unrelated) wedding on Saturday. Should be fun. Was a bit worried I might be the 'entertainment' at the stag do but now know another girl who's going! Got another wedding in August too so am hoping to meet future husband at one wedding or another! Ha ha.

So glad you're having a much better time now and you've sorted the situation with Charlotte, you'll be much happier travelling with other people.

It was great to meet up in Bankok, we both had such a fun night just a shame we weren't going to the same place after. I'll send you the pictures once I'm home.

We're in Koh Tao at the moment, we've just arrived from Koh Phag Nan so we're taking a few days here to relax and recover from the full moon party, gutted you weren't there!

Anyway I hope you have loads of fun and hope OZ with Carl is amazing, I'm sure it will be.

Never mind that it didnt work out with Charlotte- from what you've written, she does sound pretty miserable and not very caring- am glad that you are finding other people that you get on well with.

Hi guys - quick update!! I'm definitely going it alone after the Intrepid trip - just booked 6 nights in a hotel in Ubud, Bali, Superior Cottage with airport transfers for 15 pound a night!! It looks lovely and I'm just going to chill out there before heading to Oz. Things aren't looking good on the Carl front - why does money have to cause sooo many problems! Sure it'll work itself out and I am trying to stay positive and am looking forward to what lies ahead....whatever that might be!?! xxxx
