So i'm here!! I can't believe I only arrived yesterday, it feels like i've been here forever! I almost didnt even get here after getting myself lost in Johannesburg airport all by myself and then almost missing my flight! It was the scariest thing ever, i think I cried and shouted a bit at the airport people who kept telling me theyd closed the flight!! Clearly they hadnt cos i'm here! Livingstone is so lovely, feels really homely and friendly.. havent really done much at the moment! Had an induction today and then a tour of Livingstone and the projects I'll be working on. African Impact do a fab job out here and i'm really happy that i'm guna be a part of it. The work they do is so good, so beneficial and sustainable - exactly how it should be. Tomorrow i've got my teaching induction and then in the afternoon i'm making bricks to help build a wall around Moloto school and around Mwamba clinic! We visited some of the schools today, the children are so adorable! On Thursday i'm doing a holiday club at Livingstone Primary and then helping out with farming.. I'm really excited for some of the projects - I get to do family support, Adult literacy clubs, Reading clubs.. I'm in Livingstone town at the moment, its dark and very busy! I duno how often i'll get online but i'll just update with what i'm doing whenever i can.
