With my flight not until 2 today I decided to leisurely head back to the Rainforest Discovery Centre for a few hours after breakfast.

Not meeting a soul on my walk around the park I saw lots of birds and lizards as well as a couple of black squirrels who had been so elusive the day before when it was busy.

I found the 'Sepilok Giant' a massive 65m high tree before heading back to the canopy walkway to watch for birds and listen to the sounds of the rainforest.

I got back to the B&B in time for a snack lunch and a shower before my taxi to the airport. A 45 minute flight back to KK and it felt like coming home as I was welcomed back to Lavender Lodge.

I spent the rest of the afternoon uploading pictures (and my blog) before heading out for dinner. Emma and Nadiah got home late after a delayed flight but seemed to have enjoyed their time on the islands, returning with bad sunburn

Tomorrow I start my PADI Rescue Diver Course so am quite excited about heading back to Dive Down Below and getting some diving done!
