Well we pakced up after only a few days and headed south to Hua Hin, this was done in quite a comfy, air conditioned mini bus (no need to rough it if there are other options!) Hua Hin is a beach resort with all the big name hotels situated at the front - the likes of Hilton, Marriot and such. Obviously we were not at the front but found somewhere about a block back for roughly 15 pounds a night - bargin! We had found the sun and Kate was now looking forward to sitting on the beach and enjoying - i was not so keen but would do my best. THe sun is very strong and after day one relaxing and taking in the sun we had got quite red, we went back to the hotel satisfied that we were now living the Thailand dream. THe second night saw a big storm, power went off and the next day the sea was rough and although still warm it was very cloudy. WE took the day to relax in bars and do a great deal of nothing - i loved it. The night before we left we went to a Thai boxing night, this was definately interesting and there was movie and pictures i will bore you all with later - some are in the album. WE have our first big travelling adventure ahead of us as we pack up again and head south to Ko Samui - it involves an overnight train journey of about 7 hours so i am sure there will be stories to tell later.
