Sorry I missed you when you were up here. Kate must be in heaven as South America is renowned for chocolate.
Just make sure that when you order dessert it is icing sugar on top. They have all sorts of weird, white powder over there.
We will have to have a "slide night" when you get back. Grandad can tell you hoe it's done.
