Hello from Boston!

So this is like the most gorgeous city ever. Its so clean and so cute! Maybe its just my excitement about finally travelling coming through....

So we left camp at 6am yesterday morning. Most of us were, admittedly, still slightly drunk from the previous night when we were allowed to go out.. WITHOUT a 1am curfew!! Dangerous!! So anyway, we got into Boston at mid day... found the hostel, which is pretty nice actually and had a walk around the area, went to the mall.... I bought some sunglasses... then we went to this awesome little market where we bought some Challa, which is the Jewish bread we have been eating every Friday night for Shabbat and some peaches, then found this lovely little fountain where people were all sat so we stuck our feet in and sat and ate our peaches! It was lovely! Then we went to the supermarket and bought dinner and went back and cooked it, which was pretty nice! That night we stayed in, did some money planning and had a laugh!

This morning we got up at 9ish, and went to see Harvard!! It was so exciting, its such a gorgeous place. We took a proper tour of it and learnt some history! Afterwards we caught the tube to the city again and walked around. We bought lunch in a little shop and then went to the Boston Common and the Public Gardens! We all so saw the ducks statues and the statue of George Washington! It was a pretty crammed day! I had noodles for dinner, 2 for $1! a bargain! I saw a guy from back home, which is so weird!! In the evening we went to the dock with the others and sat and chatted for a while then i came back!

Tomorrow we leave for Niagara falls, if you ever come to the USA guys, seriously, visit Boston! xx
