So had another overnight bus into Lima which wasn't so bad actually. Then we just chilled and went for a walk around the old town. There was a coffee festival on whilst we were there and a Starbucks!!!! Then we went to visit a bridge where you could make a wish but they had knocked it down and were rebuilding!! Anyhow then we went for food before going into Lima centre. Here we looked at all the main buildings. The church guide was hilarious nobody could understand her. The presidents house was almost as big as Buckingham palace and then main shopping street is huge. You can tell it's the capital it's so much more modern than everywhere else we have been. Then it was our last night together so we went to a local brewery and had taster beers and a burger - delicious! Then we went to a very fancy club which I left earlier because I am sooo tired. Today we have had a shortage of jam at breakfast but then I have has a subway for lunch so that's made up for it. We went to the shopping mall which was set in the cliff face overlooking the sea which was very out of my price range. Then on to a local park which was full of cats and to some cheaper shops where I got some proper travellers pants and a table cloth which is made from really cute fabric!! Will meet the rest of the group tonight and my new roommate hopefully they are nice!!
