Hello everyone, Well so far its been amazing and we have loved every minute of it. Our tour group is brilliant and our tour leader is the best! He is Cambodian so he knows all the local history and he also comes out partying with us in the evenings and knows the best places! The first day of our trip we spent 12 hours on a bus on the bumpiest road ever but it was brilliant and there was so much to see. We have been in Siam Reap for a couple of days now and it is fantastic but nothing like we expected it to be. The town itself is really nice and Ankor Wat was pretty impressive. Last night we out partying and had a brilliant night but really felt it today so not drinking today... the bars here are great! Gavin we looked for your writing but the bar owner said its been white washed which is a shame! Today we went to see a floating village it was such an eye opener and there was so much to see, then we went to a bar full of hammocks and chilled! Our tour guide took it upon himself to order us some Frogs and eels to eat.... they were actually really nice although we were not keen at first!
