So last night was once again crazy....my plan of taking it easing was once again failed after the jieggerbombs...little did i know that many beers later would i be singing spice girls--wannabe your lover--with some girl from australia but hey....it happens. After achieving a wopping few hours of sleep and a bloody nose that lasted a lifetime, kirsten and i made our way by foot to the tate museum of modern art.....we saw some really cool artist--but please, whoever appreciates mark rothko, get a life. It's not worth my viewing pleasure. by the end of our journey we had seen big ben, westminster, tower bridge and of course the thames river....i dont know why londonites take the tube it is almost faster to walk everywhere....we ventured on to subway's for dinner and proceeded to make our way once againt to the generator for happy hour....... little did we know however that our tour actually starts at 6:45 a.m. tommorrow!!!! We completely missed the pre-tour meeting and quickly ran to the contiki hub so we could get info on what where and when we are all supposed to leave tommorrow morning..... fortunately, we are fine. pre-tour meeting was nothing important and we will have to set fifty alarms to get on schedule with the tour---sorry nana if we oversleep...;) anyways, off to go pack! (and then more hardman competition at the generator....yay!!!) p.s. drinking age is 18 in the u.k., so how is it possible that i find myself getting ID'd everywhere but everyone just hands beer to kirsten????? do i really look that young? I guess I will consider it a compliment.
