Hello everyone!!Right when we last left you we were in Laos in Vang Vieng, we got the bus up to Luang Prabang which drove along winding mountains roads and had amazing views to keep us occupied!! We reached Luang Prabang and got a tuk tuk to take us round til we found a guest house which was pretty nice!!, the owner was quite weird but he gave us a realyl nice room for us 3!! Kat and Gareth walked into the centre while i went to sleep and came back saying it was lovely there so we ventured there that night... it was really laid back here with some really nice restaurants along the way where i saw a couple of people we had met in vang vien. After dinner we went to check out the night market which was massive and went on forever, stalls full of scarfs and beads and clothes, was really nice to walk around and i as usual spent way too much on presents!! The next day i woke up feeling not all that great on account of my malaria tablets, so i spent the day in bed while K & G went to see the waterfalls that were close by and told me that i absolutely had to go the next day, so that night when we went out for dinner and drinks i ran into Alice and Emma and we decided to go see the waterfalls together!! So the next mornign we got a tuk tuk between 8 of us and went to see them.. They were stunning, clear blue water which we got to swim in and levels of waterfalls which lead up to a big one..... so we spent the day lounging around there and headed back late that night. We had booked the flight for the next day to go to Chiang Mai so we said goodbye to Alice and Emma the next morning and made our way to the airport.... which was probably the tiniest airport any of us have ever been to!The flight itself was slightly scary as we were on a propeller plane about half the size of a normal plane! Aside from slightly more turbulence since the plane was so small, it was a good flight with a nice free meal and drink served to us even though the flight was only an hour long!…………………….
