Two nights in Kuala Lumpur, ended up randomly staying in a hotel across the road from the one i stayed in last time i was out here. the one from last time was sooooo much fancier and nicer than this time round, my room slightly ressembled a prison cell with a plastered up window, how strange! we went to a big market in china town on the first night, then went for some shishas (our first and only dry night of the trip!such a novelty to wake up without a hangove...

We went to the cameron highlands after penang. stayed in a little village high up in the mountains, so the temperature difference was a bit of a shock to the system, had to wear a jumper for the first time in ages! stayed here for two nights and did a wee trek in the morning (much mud!) and went to see the tea plantations, which smelt quite tasty. also went up to the highest point of malaysia to take some photos, although obviously this part was done in a mini b...

got to penang after a beast of bus journey, the city itself wasnt the best, pretty grotty. but we spent a day going up penang hill where we got really good views of the city and saw lots of cute little monkeys! these guys actually turned out to be evil and apparently try to steal your stuff, but i thought they were cute!
