On Saturday morning we awoke in Barcelona. Content with how far we'd come and full from the brilliant meal the night before. Le Havre. Never go there. Ever. If you do then first of all 'I told you so' and secondly, good luck escaping. Let's start from the beginning. We got the ferry from Portsmouth to Hell. Despite some technical difficulties and leaving 2 hours late we still docked an hour or so early. So we've completed day 1 of hitch hiking and are now waiting for a ferry in Portsmouth! Beginning in Cardiff, we cheated slightly by getting my parents to drop us off at a service station on their way home. Once we were there we had to decide what to do.
