Bonjour,

I am writing to you from an internet cafe in Paris. We got into london yesterday morning, walked around for a few hours, then took the bus to waterloo station because the tubes (metro) were on strike for some reason. The chunnel brought is into paris at around 5. We checked into our hotel, (that Mike booked) and it was the crappiest hotel ever and not even really downtown. But there was a bed and we were tired as s***! Once we got in we decided to ditch our bags and walk around town. We took the metro for a few stops, and then we walked along the Sienn river towards the eiffel tower. We got dinner around there, checked out the tower, and then went back to the Hotel Terminus Nation. We took it easy last night cause we were tired, and the hotel closed at 12:30.

We like Paris, but it is expensive, so we decided we are going to activate our eurorail passes and go to spain. We decided that we are going to use the extra days we were going to spend in paris, and go to portigual instead. We might stop in southern France cities like Cannes on our way over to Italy from Spain because the will be right along the way. Next time i get access to a computer i will put our pictures up.
