Day 1: -

We departed yesterday after a farewell from both sets of parents at Heathrow's T5. Orlando Bloom also decided that he should be there to wish us all the best!! (I think Amy is now in love with two men after seeing him)

After a short delay and 12 hours later we landed in San Fran, and we were shattered, partly our fault as we just watched movies for most of the journey. We got to our hotel in the evening (2am to our bodies). The hotel is basic, but at least it has the internet for free and those all important stains on your bed sheets!

Its now 8.15am on day two, we are off to the golden gate bridge with Alcatraz tomorrow and we pick up the car on Wednesday.
