so after an ealier start and 4 1/2hrs on the grayound we are in hervey bay..... we have come to go to fraser island for our camping trip this weekend... we get a night in nomads hostel and a free tea and then we gotta go to meeting bout our trip... 2 nites 3 days..... we set off in the morning and dont know if ill have signal there so im hoping charlotte has her baby soon...... then when we get back we get another nights stay here... and then we will be makin a move further up the coast cos we gotta get to airlie beach for the 5th(lauras bday) as we are goin sailing round the whitsundays for 2 nights.........cant wait..... hope the weathers ok this weekend.... its been a bit cloudy the last few days.... will update again after the weekend when im back to normality.... u all better tx me as soon as charlotte baby please xxx

UPDATE

So we went for our free meal which was the grossest pasta ever.....so ended up makin beans on toast loll............went to the meetin.... ended up in a group wi a dutch couple n there friend and a german guy and 2 danish guys..... we had to order food for the weekend and all headed off to the drive tj bootle shop to stock up on goon n beers......then collecrted our food ready for the next mornin........

was very happy to here charlotte had had baby jude.... go the tx in the middle of the nite here... was lookin at it all night... cos i knew i wouldnt have signal or anything for 3 days.......

FRASER ISLAND

had to meet readlly earlie and check out n store our bags n watch loadsa saftey videos. it was rammed and me n laura had to climb over all the seats and sleepin bags ect to get to our seat. we got to the ferry n on the way saw dolphins jumpin in the sea..... thats 2nd time weve seen um now cos we say them in thailand.....

we got there and all day the weather was hit n miss.... one min scorchin the nx min rainin.... was so randon. we went to some lakes and steapsms one of them was lake wobby whick u had to walk 45 mins up sandy paths to get there... was lovely big sand dunes and loadsa catfish in the lake....was well worth the treck.... had a picnic luch and headed to camp as the sun was settin....when we got thereb there wa loadsa wild dingos howling... it was there mating season so apparently there more out and about and can be more visious.........eak... we weant alloud to go to the loo alone or anything...........all our group had to share a tent ... was very cosy.... 1st nite we made spag bol aND then me n laura ended up playin some drinkin game with some other danish guys... they wear totally pickin on us and gettin us very drunk... in the end we had to stop playin cos i thought i was gonna be sick... downin full cups of goon in a row is not goood!!!!laura headed off to bed n i played ring of fire with another group.... without drinkin... was pretty randon......

next day we got woke up by the rain....it was bouncing it down........we got up and make breaky and made our packed lunch.... the camp looked flooded.... we get off in our 4x4 again n went to see redcanion and the mahino shipwreck..... then headed to indian head... by this time it was dry and the sun was shining.......we then haed to walk up the rocks to the top of this cliff...in our flipflops...w as scary b=ut the views wear amazing......after our picnic we headed to chanpagn pools. this rockpool area on the beach... where i laid in the sun for an hour.... the weather was a lot different from when we woke up.....then we headed to lake allom whick is a clear lake but its tea colour... its strange.... when we headed backk to camp we had a bbq ... laura evan tried steak again,,, shes still not a fan......then stated on the drinkin games again... played loadsa diff games till we d all run out of booze... laura headed off to bed n i went and sat round the campfire wi some of the people we d been playin games with... we wear sat lookin at the stars cos there amazing and one of the guys decided to take up on a beach walk.... so boiut 40 of us set off in wi torches doen to the pitch black beach.......... and WOW the stars wear amazing ... so many. we say shootin stars and could c the southen cross and the milkyway

next mornin was glorous... we had tio pack up and headed to eli creek whick we walked thu and saw a huge eel...... then we went to this bakert=y and all say outside with an icecream... it was scorchiin... then we headed to lake mcKenzi.........and WOW.... it was nicer than i evan imagines.... evan nicer than maya bay in thailand........its a fresh water lake whith such white sand and surrounded by trees... cos there isnt wakes the water is soooooooo clear,,,,, we sopent few hrs there in the water and lazing on the sand then had to head back for the ferry..........afrter gettin back to nomads on hervey bay we unpacked and checked in again.... we had aniother free tea so met up with the groupp and they gave us big trays of nachos... was yum... we hada few beers n fed the possoms on the roof.... was cool.......
