so we arrived in cairns and walked to gilligans .... me n laura had booked a 8 bed dorn but all the others had booked in too a 6 weeks ago. me n laura managed to free upgrade to there rooms so we are all 6 in a dorm together......
we headed down to the laggon for the afternoon then headed for the free meal gilligans off.... ewww was friggin tiny and gross..... then we headed to the room for a goon party.... we d teated ourselves to a few bottles of passion pop(fizzy flavoured goon) somkel of the lads came round and we played some drinking games then headed to gilligans club to dance the nite away.....
the next morning me and faye had to be up at 6am to go on a trip to the great barrier reef..... laura decided she didnt wana go to the great barrier reef and of coyurse i did cos u cant come to cairns n not go c it when its one on the 7 wonders of the world... luckily charltte wasnt thats botherd bout goin either so she sold me her ticket....
we was very sleepy and got graatd on the sail boat by a cuppa nand muffins,,,,ummmmmm......then set sail. there was only 9 passangers and 3 crew on the boat and wear all really lovely. we went out to green island and got kitted up and went snokling on the barrier reef. was amazing.... saw nemo again and the coral and sea life wear sooo colourfull..... and the fish was amazing and some of them huge. one of them was a meter and a half long..... just swimmng round us...... then we got out and had luch. was a really nice buffet. best weve eaten for ages as apose to the cheap nasty crap we r eatin normally........ then we saw some sharks swimming with the big fish round the boat,.,,, was gutted i wasnt still snoking....... then we headed over to green island.,... me and faye walked round the whole island. and found some coral to smuggle home lol.....then we got chttin to this man who let us go to to the underwater deck for free.... wooh
then we headed back to the boat and hada beer and got kitted out for snakling again.... this time they took us in the speed boat and we snorked with the current back to the sailin boat... was a bit choppy at this point but we made it back and a managed to c a shark....woohoo.....then we helped put the sailed up and turned the engine off and sailed back.....we got gived fruit and the cheese and biccys and wine..... was a really nice day.... all my pics just dont do justice to how nice it was.
we headed back to the hostel and we both jumped in bed....... i was freezing........ think its from being in the sun and bein hungover only drinkin a vuppa a berr an 2 wines all day...lol whoops..... i got up n showerd n ev re one got on the goon but i just felt5 s***.... so i just didnt drink...... and at half 11 when ev re one headed out i had to head to bed..... felt soo s***....
today i feel better and we r just gonna head to the lagoon..... lauras gone to spend the day in bed cos she managed to stay out till a whoppping 3am last nite.......

so i spent the day down at the lagoon with the girls and it was scorching.... in the afternoon cat and charlotte the girls we met in noosa from huddersfirld turned up with tommy and simon some other guys we know and wear havina bbq. we joined them for a while and they kindly gave us some bbq... some tasty kangaroo steak. was yummy. then we headed to get some more goon and got ready and got gooned up again b4 headin out to gilligans again.... was really busjy because it was a weekend so was full of loacls as well as travellers...

the next day we got up and che cked out ( as me and l;aura wear headin to the airport at 330 am) we had booked to do a bungee jump and mingin swing but unfortunaly by the time my bookin processed the shuttle bus was full so faye clare and laura headed off on the bus with the tripod and i had to hang about and wait for the bus to take them and come back for me and some other.... inb this time i headed to the hostel pool with kirsty and charlotte.... thyen it was time.....

when i got the the bungee site all the girls wear waiting for me. so i filled in my forms and off we went.... climbin up alllllll the sairs up to the bungee platform.... scary times....... then yet again my name was called and great i was 1st up again..........CRAP!!!! i got my legs strapped up and b4 i knew it i was edging up to the edge.....arggghhh!!!! the guy counted me down n b4 he could say go bungee i was gone....(which is lucky cos laura said the guy wanted to play a trivck on me sayin wait yr not atached yet as i jumped lol) was a really odd feelin.... its agains all yr natural insticts to throw yrself off head 1st..... id aked to be dunked in the water below but they cant garentee it and unforunaly i didnt get dunked.... was still such fun tho.... id gived the boys my camer to film it so u can all watch...lol

then nexy up was laura.... anbd apparently she just went too.... i filed her tooo.... then was james one of the tripod. he had already jumed one and was petrified it took him 4 countdowns to acually jump but l;oved it so much hed paid for a 2nd jump........then vlare... shes like a pro havin done 4 bungees already.... she looked like an acrubat... then it was fayes turn. last again after an agonising wait at the tiop with an affullhangover.... she hated it.............

thennit was time for the minging swing... clare and faye wear up 1st. they wear joined by sean a irish guy we met at our hostel in mission beach that had been travelling with gream hall (shall world eh) faye was not in good shape at this point not feelin well and all the swingin didnt help.... bless.....tehn it was mine and lauras turn and we loved it. was so much fun flying thu the air. we was doin lots of crazy moves...... if u dont know what a kingin swing is do a search on youtube for cairns mingin swing and ull c.....

then we watched our bungee dvds back... laura bought hers ands i was thinkin bouyt it but then i decided id just be cheap and i filmex the dvd on my camer so i kinda got the dvd without payin the cash hehehe x

that nite was our last nite with the girls so we decided to go out for summot propper to eat. and met up with tommy n simon and we all went to the woolshed for a $10 meal and drink deal n had some drink. was a nice change... the last supper.........them me n laura tried to get a few hrs kip in the girls bed b4 mour silly long flights and the girls went out..... then it was time to go. the girls came to say goodbye to us as we got our shuttle to the airport. was an emotional affair as we have spent the last few week constantly togethere and the girls wear booze filled.... kirsty had got us all matchin friendship bracletts and they gave us a little pressy.... a little toy pelican we names pelly.... now let me explain.... kirst and clare have travelled the east coast with a tiny baby doll called betty. they have had pics wi her everywhere. shes been skydivin n bungee jumpin and evre thing and has sorta becone a little mascot.... cos me and laura r goin to usa then have give us pelly( bettys gay best friend) to carry on the tradition.... lol/////

then we wear off.... 3hr flight to sydney the 13 n half hr to la...........

oz has been amazing.... so many lovely people. so many gorgous places and so many excitin adventures.... very sad to leave............ x
