Highlight of the dinosaur section was this huge T-Rex animatronic monster. Don't worry, Mitch has it all in video.

This is the lobby to the Natural History Museum. they really know how to do museums over here - they are huge! It would take at least a day in every museum if we were to see everything. We don't have that luxury of course & can only go through a few sections. Great dinosaur collection and fantastic Darwin centre with lots of creepy specimens in glass bottles. Interactive things for kids to use which they can access online at home.

Slept in after yesterday, didn't get home til midnight so everyone a bit tired. Headed straight to the exhibition, getting lost along the way of course but just making it in time for an interactive ride in the Tardis with the Doctor. Excellent show but hard to explain. Did get to go in the Tardis though & use the controls before 3D trip through space with monsters attacking. Couldn't film or photograph unfortunately. Great exhibition at the end with all Docto...

Mitch with Davros & evolution of the Daleks. Kids also got to get inside a Dalek & wave their arms around. Would have been great actors.

Had to get a shot of the Empty Child, being in London and all. The kids favorite scary Dr Who. No weeping angels though. Very disappointing.
