Our only day at Disney spent at the animal kingdom theme park. Nice park with real animals & faux safari as well as roller coasters, rides, shows & lots of shopping. Grant & kids on river rapids ride right now but I can't handle being wet for the rest of the day. Forgot to put the ponchos in. Skipped outlet shopping last night & had dinner at Bice at the Portofino Hotel opposite ours. Great dinner, much nicer hotel than the Hard Rock where we are ...

Last ride on the Forbidden Journey but 60 min wait time & no express pass line. Gambled on single rider but not moving very fast. Lucky it's an interesting space to be stuck in with talking portraits. Will become a bit tedious if we have to listen to the same things again & again. Wanted to go to hotel pool but Mitch would not be dissuaded. We'll get back at him tonight by dragging him to the outlet stores. Not that we have much money left. HP stores kill...
