Hello UK!

How are we all? Good I hope!

Time for another little installment...so Im currently in Hervey Bay waiting to go on the Frazer island tour, again Im sat outside on the computer being eaten alive...why they dont have computer inside here I really dont know!

Anyway, I have had an amazing last week as I did the Whitsunday Islands on a 1905 tall ship. It was the most excellent time ever! It has been my dream to do this for years and at last I did it. I spent 3 days and 3 night aboard a ship in the most beautiful place ever!

The first night was so beautiful as I sat rocking on the boat and looking up at millions of stars, we also watched the algi knocking against the boat which made little green sparks and then I jumped in to my cabin for one of the best nights sleep I have had.

The next day we went to Whitehaven beach (the one in all the photos) it was cloudy tho but we still had fun splashing around in the sea in our stinger suits (protects us against jelly fish). In the afternoon it rained tho but it didnt matter as I was with such a great group of people we just chatted and played on the rope swing, I was the only girl to do it :)

The next day I went snorkelling and saw hundred of fish and a turtle which again was beautiful and in the afternoon sat about drinking champage as someone on the boat got engaged! It was great to be there and share thier special occasion...

The final day the sun came out and we sailed back to the port again I found myself over come with emotion (managed not to completally loose it tho!) and in the evening we went out for drinks. It was sad to say goodbye to everyone but thats the way with travelling...

So now Im in Hervey bay, after a 14hr coach journey. There is not much to do here but often you find that with oz that its about keeping moving and doing the next tour or experience so its quite knackering. Its also bloody expensive here as the dollar is so strong 10 pounds for cigarettes (maybe I should give up) but coffee is 3 pounds and sun cream is 10 etc etc so Im having to be a good backpacker and budget!

So my credit is about to run out and I need to pack for tomorrow so Ill log on again soon...
