As part of the second and last formal evening they organised a midnight buffet "Buffet under the stars". the food looked very impressive with some wonderful vegetable carvings and an ice carving demonstration. The picture features an octopus on ice which was very novel. Despite the attractiveness of the food we could not eat any more other than a morsel, but were well impressed with those who after a 6 course meal still found the room!
