Another early start in order to get a good seat on the boat, that is until we saw the boat and realised that there where no good seats! The seats were wooden benches although for the first two hrs of the journey we made seats out of the 50 (ish) sacks of corn that we shared the boat with, which were actually really comfortable! The other 7hrs weren't so comfortable, but the fantastic views of Laos made up for this!
