Hi Josie, I loved Costa Rica when i was there way back in the dark ages(1966). I reckoned then that it was one of the countries to consider retiring to when the time arrived. Then of course there was no tourist activity. Also are you aware the CR is the only country in the isthmus and S. America continent that has never experienced a coup d'etat?
