What is there to say about today, well... Certainly not as much as there was to say about yesterday, but still... Quite a bit happened despite it being a travel day. First off, after breakfast we got to the bus ready to make our way to Switzerland only to find Conner had slept in after a good night out therefore was 10 minutes late to the bus... Normally this is bad as it delays us all, but today this wasn't a too big a deal, and probably even less stress for him...

Breakfast as you would expect in France consisted of baguettes, cheese, ham and some other goodies. After which Connor, Fabian & myself made our way to the Metro and headed to the Notre Dame Cathedral. Negotiating the Metro here was rather easy and we were at our destination station within just a few minutes. This morning started at 5am for me, not having too bad a sleep which is a nice way to start the trip. MADE IT! The flight to London was actually an early arrival which was good, about 20 minutes Allier, but I can only imagine it's not going to make a huge difference in the overall rest of the day. As we were about to land they cut off the entertainment system, gutted, because I only had about 5 minutes left to watch of the movie Zoolander 2. Not a great movie, still as stupid sort of sense of humour as the first one, but after watching it that long and not seeing...

Bumpy, best way to describe my flight to Abu Dhabi, there wasn't really many spots when it wasn't bumpy on the flight at all, although I didn't really pay any attention to it until I was being served my dinner and my drink started jumping all about and spilling all over my food and myself, thankfully a picked up the cup before it got too bad, but it did mean I had to drink it all before I could put it down again. 14 and a half hours of travel by plane normally is...
