Hi there. Very relieved to discover that you are safe and sound and have managed to avoid plane crashes! Make sure you keep doing that on your travels! Hope the weather picks up for you but it's really hard to have too much sympathy for you. At least you are in Thailand, rather than England with the biggest pile of ironing in the world ever staring at you!

It was Ella's first day at"big school" today. She loved it and didn't even look up when I left her. I, of course cried like a baby! I'm sure it will get better...

Hi guys, Hope you are safe and well. I got v worried last night when I saw the news bout the plane crash at Phuket and rang Ellen immediately. She assured me you were already there and had posted a message to say so. That was wonderful to hear. I hope the weather has improved and you are managing to enjoy some good swimming/snorkelling etc. Its not a great day here, cloudy and chilly. I have Tom today and we're having fun as per ususal. Wotcha U 2.Really good to talk to you at last.(from Gills') We are really excited for you both. 2 weeks wondering how you are getting on is a long time but its gone quick already. Lets hope time slows up a little so you get to see and do everything you want, and more. By the look of the pix you are off to a flying start. Obviously planes help.We went up to North Yorkshire last weekend. - Hillbilly's Friend's wedding. Stayed at a country house hotel with pool and golf course. I thought we were B&B'ing until, while admiring the view from a huge bay window. I saw this bloke walk across what I thought was the lawn with a golf trolley.
