Set my alarn for 7 but missed the bus for langkawi!! was woken up by the sounds of cole shouting through our door tellin gus it was 7.50!! apparently i didnt set my alarm properly!

luck the hotel were relaxed and sent us late in a mini bus and then we changed to a taxi (for no extra cost!) we then eventually caught up with our real minibus and then caught the ferry to Langkawi!!!

Langkawi is Beautiful!! know i say that about every island but it has hundreds of tiny islands just off land which carry on into the diatance! gorgeous views from the coast!

Met two random Sweedish guys on the ferry who also stayed at the same beach huts as us, we all hunted for the local nightlife and ended up in a Regee bar to begin with which wasnt too pumping!... we later found a small club which our taxi driver had recommended!! was a good laugh even though it want quite sheiks!!haha

The island is quite small so the next day after recovering we hired mopeds or "mop heads" (as our new Sweedish pals say) for the say and biked round the whole island! Stopped a few times to take in the view and to eat! Took thew cable car up to the top of a massive peak! was an unbelieveable view of the island!! Took some pics but they aren't really a patch on the real thing!

clare managed to fall off her bike while it was going about 2 miles an hour IF THAT as she was turning to go she hit another bike!! was hillarious!! she has grazed her hand though so wont stop moaning!!!haha

Kuala Lumpur next!!! a day on the boat and the bus again!!!!! our quick stop in Langkawi has definitely been worth its!! its a great island!!!
