Caught flight from Newcastle to Heathrow at 07:45 am. Landed at Heathrow dead on 9am. Goofed around the shops till 11:00am, boarded plane. The plane was delayed by about 30mins, so when I landed in Singapore I had to rush straight to terminal 6 to board my next flight to Perth. The plane wasn't full so I managed to get 2 seats that were emty. This gave me a bit more room to stretch my legs. Landed in Perth at 2pm on the Monday. Got into the arrivals lounge and expected Rachel and her friend Nicola to come rushing towards me. No-one. She was late as usual. So I was there, its amazing that you can be in such a place and across the otherside of the world in 24 hours.
