Today is the last full day of our holiday. We arrived into Hong Kong very early this morning, fatigued and jet lagged. We also had a bit of a wait in getting one of our bags as it had gone missing. After about thirty minutes it was located so off we set for Hong Kong Island on the train from the airport. Flight to Frankfurt Not off to a good start, currently the airline has us sitting four rows apart. I don't get their customer service ethos so we will just see if they can fix this up, apparently we are penalised because we didn't use online check in. Attended the service desk at the airport and amazingly they were able to seat us together so problem averted. We hope the rest of the flight is uneventful. Plane is on time so hopefully an uneventful flight.

We visited the maritime museum on Hong Kong Island. Really nice museum with lots of exhibits on the history of Hong Kong. Well worth the visit.

Hong Kong Island We took the ferry across to Hong Kong Island today. The island has an altogether different feel than Kowloon. The atmosphere seems very western and just oozes money. We had a drink in the Four Seasons Hotel. The food there looked amazing and we might eat there on the way home.
