Weds. 7th July Today we have visited 4 waterfalls, 1 dairy and 2 cheese factories. Sunday 4th July We had an early start after a very disturbed night with the wind howling and rain falling. Saturday 3rd July There are 4 ways to get to Cooktown by sea, by air, driving the coastal road which is only for 4x wheel drive vehicles and the way we came by the sealed inland route.It took 3 and a half hours including a short stop at one of the two roadhouses which are the only places of civilisation on the route.
