Our last night on the road we should be home tomorrow afternoon. We are in Gladstone in the best motel we have been in so we are finishing on a high note.We arrived a bit later than we intended in the dark but Karen our ever faithful sat nav proved her worth once more and delivered us safe and sound. Tonight we have 2 rooms…
Philip Hi both of you. Sounds like you are having a great trip! We've just come down to your place for a couple of days - all is well, it helped when we found the heater in the cupboard, very cold past few days. Just been up watching the soccer with Samuel, sent him back to bed but I'll probably go for a walk. Enjoy the hot springs, wish we had them here today! Love from all of us
re: Millaa Millaa, QueenslandGraham Jackie says you should try to visit the chinese Joss house while in Cooktown, she hasn't seen it but heard good reports.

re: Kuranda, QueenslandDeb I can't believe this is my parents! Well done and I am very pleased you've finally experienced the reef and did it justice with the snorkelling.
re: Flankland Islands, QueenslandCarole Your cabin in the rainforest is my kind of place. Rob & I just love finding as many as we can in our travels. It looks great. Not that we are as well travelled as you. Maybe one day. Keep safe.

re: Ingham, Queenslandpaula verhoeven Great to read your blog. It's like I have joined you on the trip....I wish......Nice blue skies but not here. The morning walk was pretty cold and windy and even a drizzle. It got worse later in the day. So got the fire going and switched the electric blanket and might watch some soccer or tennis before I fall asleep. Have a great journey, lots of sun and fun... Take care Paula
