Hidehi

Nig and I flew to Brussels from Dublin in the early hours of this morning and are both hanging out for bed time now. We have been staying with Clint and Maeve Withington in their house in Dublin and have had some great nights out. The Irish sure can play some good music! Not so keen on the guinness though. Last Sunday when we were bunking down for a quiet night in Clint came into the lounge and asked if we wanted to go and see Dave Dobbyn - so we thought well heck yeah why not? Turned out to be a fab night, tickets only 20euro and the bar it was in was a perfect setting. We arrived late but ended up with front row seats - felt like he was playing in our living room! I had a blast plus got to talk to him, give him a kiss and get a CD :). Next morning I left on a Paddywagon tour of Southern Ireland which was excellent. We had a group of 30 so it was a pretty lively bus ride and some very fun nights out dancing. Loved the whole Galway area and the Cliffs of Mohar were very impressive. Nig stayed with Clint and went to see Aerosmith which he enjoyed (but still thought Dave was better!). Hope you're all coping OK in the cold at home, sounds like it has been terrible.
