Having failed to get any trips to Mexico or Alaska because almost all were booked up due to the long holiday weekend (Canada Day here and Independence Day in the US),and the ones I did find were for double occupancy only and hiked the price up (it's just not a singles world sometimes), I have found myself going to Toronto and Niagara Falls by booking into the youth hostel!
