Hi everyone, Now in south Thailand on Ko Phi Phi! Here's the latest update: We left the 4,00 islands on the 21st March, getting a boat from Don Khon to Ban Nakasang to catch a VIP bus from there to Pakse. Getting on to the boat itself proved a nightmare for me! Hi, Just a quick update about our trip to the Golden Triangle region in Thailand, north of Chiang Rai. We arrived in Chiang Rai on Monday, and booked into our hotel. Little did we know that we had chosen a rather seedy area of town, and this affected how much we enjoyed the city. Hi, Time for another update on what we've been up to, from our 4 days in Chiang Mai...On Wednesday night we caught an overnight bus from Bangkok north-bound to Chiang Mai. This bus was like nothing we had experienced in India! Firstly, it departed on time, very promptly at 9 p.m. It was air-conditioned, perfect after the heat of Bangkok, and had almost fully reclining seats, with head-rests and blankets for sleeping. Hello again everyone!, Well we've arrived in Thailand and we already absolutely love it! It seems so modern and clean and comfortable compared to India!
