Christies Beach is about 25kms south of Adelaide, it reminded me of the beaches and towns on the Mornington Peninsula, it is a lovely spot and it was very busy because of the long weekend. Yorketown was a lovely inland town only about a 15min drive to the coast in 3 directions. Streaky Bay Caravan Park is right on the edge of a lovely little bay. The first morning when we got up the tide had gone out a really long way, apparently there is a jetty that you can fish off, maybe we will go and have a look.
