Sorry could'nt do a blog yesterday no power so no wifi. Yesterday morning did a chimpanzee and monkey trek in a gorge with a river which there's no swimming because of crocs and hippos, we spent an hour watching a mother and two babies in the top of the trees our porter told Ga to give him her phone to take pictures of the chimps, he took some really good ones but also 8 selfies of himself !!!! A ten hour drive to reach our Game Lodge, tiring but know we're here it's a nice place with beautiful views.

We've been on a trek to see the mountain gorillas and it poured down, that's probably because they live in the rain forest. Anyway on two occasions the Alpha male (a bloody big silver back)in the photo charged past Gail almost touching her and a a baby pushed her out of the way Ga videoed it but it's upside down It was the most amazing experience got very close, hard trek but well well worth it. Spent the morning tracking Golden Monkey's, an amazing experience they were at the top of bamboo shoots (about 30-40 ft high) although we could see them easily they're difficult to photograph with my phone. Tomorrow is the big one Mountain Gorillas. John & Gail.

Went to Genicide Memorial in Kigali very moving experience, then onto the Gorrila Lodge for 3 days, in the photo is our guide and the rest of our tour group Keira from Australia and Mary from Canida. All's well at the moment.
