Hi Everyone!

Hope you are all good and well. We have arrived in Melbourne, been here for 2 weeks now and we are loving it!! Its a massive place, so much bigger than Brisbane and there is so much to see and do. We managed to get ourselves an apartment in the city in our first week, and we just moved in on Thursday. We also managed to find ourselves a job in our first week too in a call cente for Computershare, the only share registry company in Australia. They have offices in Edinburgh and Dundee too apparently! We started training yesterday and training will last until Good Friday before we get a long weekend off! The job is for a minimum of 4 weeks but more likely 8-12 weeks especially if you impress. So we are planning to stay in Melboure for 3 months and i cant see us ever getting fed up here!

We had an unbelievable time on our road trip and in Cairns! The scenery on the way up was some of the best weve seen and probably ever will see, things you think you will only ever see on TV, and the whole experience was just brilliant. The skydive was out of this world (still cant believe i jumped out a plane at 10,000ft!!!) and the scuba dive was awesome too! I had already done a scube in the Great Barrier Reef before but I was blown away all over again by the colours down there and the strange types of reef and fish. Look out for some photos coming up shortly of our 7 day journey to Cairns and our time there, including some underwater photos!

We hope that the incredible scenery is captured in the photos as well as the fun we are having. We are having the time of our lives!!
