Magnetic Island was a good place to relax on the beaches, take bush walks and go to the Koala Sancturary. The Sancturary was the best bit as I got to hold loads of snakes, lizards, kiss a Cockatoo and hold a Koala (that did s*** on me). We also got attacked by birds at the end who would sit on your head, shoulders and at one point I was surrounded by 30 trying to eat out of my hand. Was good though. I didnt think there was much to do in Mission Beach unless you were to do the Sky Diving or White Water Rafting as it was sooo quiet. Luckily I was doing the Whitewater Rafting which was amazing. The rapids were so strong and the guy with us deliberatly flipped our raft over all the time. I got kicked in the face at one point being capsized but it was a quality day :)

Cairns was quality and reminded me of freshers week. The hostel I stayed in had some lovely people and the weather was beautiful.
