Every morning we take a walk into the near by town, it's about a 2o minute walk, beautiful If you go before its to hot. Learning to surf has been hilarious, it's harder then it looks! Well We are sure happy for our bug nets! Me especially!!!! As beautiful as the sunsets are from our open air deck and room, having no walls sure doesn't keep the bugs out! Typically I woke up around 4 am completely terrified of all the really strange and sometimes big insects flying around our heads. We took a 6 hour bus ride to sona today (the place where prison break prison is) the a 2 hour very crowded local bus to Santa Catalina! The bus was actually an old camper turned into a bus! Santa Catalina is more beautiful then we expected! Small and remote with awesome beaches! We checked into a hostel on the beach for 10 bucks a night called surfers paradise! Our original plan was to stay for 4 days but maybe we'll stay longer !

We slept the day away! So tired from our flight down. We decided today to leave Panama City and get to the beach! Tomorrow we'll get on the bus for an 8 hour ride to Santa Catalina, a small beautiful surf town on pacific coast!

The adventure begins! We arrived at 2pm in Panama City! After struggling to tell the cab driver in Spanish where our hotel was located we finally found it! Took a lot of driving around and we ended up at a few wrong hotels before we found the right one! We settled in, found a bottle of rum for 3.75 and got some authentic Panamanian food. :)
