Well, one week from today I will be sitting on an airplane at a yet to be determined gate at General Mitchell International Airport alongside 14 high schoolers and my trusty travel companion, Jeanne. We'll be making a quick layover in Atlanta before flying overnight to Madrid, Spain. I'll be spending 2 weeks in Spain with the students, and then Jeanne is being kind enough to fly home with them so I can continue on to Amsterdam to visit my cousin Deb and her family for another 10 days. It's going to be a whirlwind adventure, and I'm going to try to blog it! So, I've put you in my travelpod addressbook, and will send you updates when I update. If you don't want to follow this trip (you know, due to extreme jealousy or something), just let me know and I'll remove you from the list. :)

Susan Extremely jealous, but then again it's only appropriate you include me in this blog, as I did my share of bragging during my 5 weeks in Italy!! Safe travels and I can't wait to hear more about the adventures. Miss you!

Jen Charles I'm counting on it! :) I told you that I already informed Jeanne that she is in charge of not letting me wish away my 2 weeks in Spain waiting to get to your table and refrigerator, right? :)
BTorres Excited and envious...oh wait I just got back. One of these years we're going to head to Spain. Just cannot fiture out why we haven't been there yet. Enjoy the time with your kiddies. And hopefully, when you reach the Dam, the fridge is restocked and that dining room table is still as magical as it was for your Mama & me.
Mom Oh yeah - this will be fun. Now you have to have an official photographer, like I did. Oh,,,...I guess you will have to be both of those. It's an effort, but so worth it when you have accomplished it!
Shannon I'm always jealous of your fantastic trips. Someday you and I will go somewhere foreign and fun together!!! Have a blast and take/post pix.
