Jen's Journeys
Well, to my Spanish home, at least. Today Jeanne and I actually got out of bed before 9 am and took the bus over to San Sebastián, the city I did my study abroad in (gulp!) 15 years ago. I have only been back once since, very briefly, in 2003. And by very briefly I mean one morning, that was it. So it was great to see the town again. As you can see from the pictures, it is one of the most beautiful places on earth. I got to walk back down the street I lived on, visit the beaches, and take in some of the views. Really, somewhat of a lazy day, but the views are amazing. Sorry about a couple of these shots being so bright - I couldn't make the aperture any quicker, so they're a little over exposed, but you get the idea!

Stephanie WOW! wow, wow, wow. gorgeous.
Joan Blaschke I sat on this beach in late part of june at about 4pm. Well, the tide moved our towels from the middle way back to the wall by the boardwalk. Guess that's what is meant about the "tide coming in"! I'm from Milwaukee.
Joan Blaschke I love the artsy photo!!!! Looking for a new job???
Joan Blaschke Loved la Concha and the long boardwalk all circling it.
Blt Great pics Jen. Use your aperture preference setting and crank the aperture down to "Sunny 16".
Mom Yup - you look great and happy! Funny the 2 people behind you are trucking along talking on the phone!
Mom Has Betty taught you her trick of putting the camera on the ground and just shooting???
