Yippee I'm in New Zealand! Officially over the other side of the globe!!!

Got a flight over from Brissy- Auckland with Qantas! Defiantly flying with them again as they provide so much food! I couldn't believe how much food they attempted to shovel down our necks in the 2.5-hour flight. First they gave us unlimited soft drinks, then a massive lunch, followed by ice creams and finally as many soft and hot drinks as you could handle. Owwwww and you could ask for a cheese/ham roll or pretzels whenever you were hungry!!! Was quite a treat for a backpacker I tell you!! Made sure I stocked up on the soft drinks and gulped enough coffee down my neck to need the loo 3 times..Got to get nice food while you can and take full advantage of freebies!!!!!

Staying in the heart of the city right next to the Sky Tower. From our dorm room you can see the tower-Looks fantastic at night! Big difference to Oz is the temperature here, its quite chilly but its nice for a change! Auckland very multi-cultural and locals seem very friendly!

Now its decision time on what adventure sports to do on the North and South Island.Looks like loads to do here so will be putting my hard earned cash to good use here and doing some of the crazy adventure stuff!
