Hi All,
Hope u are all well? since i last wrote i arrived at my second cousins lauras house on the first day we went for a walk with the kids and ended up at a deserted beach cvalled smugglers cove me and layla had a paddle in the sea, that night we took the boat out and went fishing we went out about 8.0pm so was quite drak by about 9 and i managed to catch quite a few fish some of them were to little to keep but the ones i could keep were 3 snappers and a kawahi couldnt beleive my beginners luck, next day was Lauras Birthday so we went out for a nice lunch and took the kids to the park, that night Brooks family came over for a bbq had some amazing steak, next day we went shopping into the town and that night we ate the fish we caught for dinner tasted soo nice! the next day we just chilled and i got back on the bus about 4pm and arrived back in Auckland about 6.30pm and checked in went for dinner and strauight to bed!
Next morning the bus going south left about 8am i got on the bus and sat next to a girl called Sarah from bristol she asked where i was from i said swindon and she said that oh these girls are from swindon too Kally and Katie who live in Liden which was pretty amazing! that day we drove to a place called hot water beach where u dig holes in the sand and hot water bubbles up we dug down with our shovels and sat in the nice hot water that night the 4 of us cooked spag bol and stayed in a lovely lodge on a campsite, next morning was an early start to go on to Waitamo we arrived ear;y afternoon and boked to go on a glow worm cave walk which was really intresting that night we had steak for dinner and sat in our room had a slumber party with wine and chocolate chatting til about 2am!
The next morning got the coach to Rotorua we arrived mid day and had booked a thing called luging which is like a go cart kind of thing which u go down massive hills on a concrete path and get a ski lift back up and go down again was fun, that night all 4 of us had booked into a mauri themed village that night it was really good they had a themed village set up and we walked around they did traditional dancing then we had the nicest food cooked in the traditional way under ground we had chicken lamb roast dinner all u can eat and pudding was pavalova steamed pudding and fruit salad we were all stuffed went home straight to bed, next day we had a bit of a lie in and then at 11.30am we got picked up to go white water rafting it me and Sarah took about 50 mins to get there and we got kitted upwet suits life jackets and a breifing we started off and it was grade 5 rapids was really scary to start with but after the worse rapids were over we jumped in had a swim got back in the raft and finished after about 2 hours we got back to the hostel and just chilled that night, next morning we left for taupo arrived here about lunch time went and done a food shop as we are here 3 days then went out on tuesday night went to a bar called elements had a good dance and drink , yesterday we had a lay in and at half 12 we went tubing down a river on blow up rings wasnt as good as vang vien as there were no bars but we took drink with us and ended up at some hot springs was really good, came home made dinner and had an early night today weather isnt great we all got pretty burnt yesterday so we are gonna do washing today and go out tonight we leave tomorrow morning for River valley.

Anit I believe it was a perivous Nat government that gave the bed of Lake Taupo to Tuwharetoa. That's why there's a charge to launch your boat on the lake - it goes to iwi. The hole in one on the Taupo foreshore also pays a royalty to iwi for every ball hit into the lake.Paranormal
