We had in my opinion, the best meal of my life at Emerils Delmonico Steakhouse. Rib Eye on the bone (400-500g) with creamed spinach potato gratin and garlic mushroooms. As a starter: Lobster Bisque. So after a few days exploring Sin City, time for an update. We have seen a lot of the city so far and enjoying the great weather. Ok this is no joke. We met my Dad at a casino off the strip. We got there 10 minutes early, so I figured I would throw a dollar into a slot just for fun. Hit play and won $80. Not a bad start. I picked up the dinner bill needless to say! Should I quit while I am ahead.....NAH!!!!! Had a good time so far. Jason is flying in soon, Dad is picking him up at the Airport and we will meet tomorrow. Time to go spend some of those dead presidents!
