So we took an all-day tour of the Grand Canyon and BOY was it cold! There was still a lot of snow on the ground around the South Rim. We had a great tour guide. He explained a lot of the geology of the canyon and the surounding wildlife and the vegetation.

After looking at a few good (and not to overcrowded) views, we went for lunch on the Navajo Indian Reservation and did some shopping there. We got back too late to drive back to watch the sunset, and we were so tired, we skipped dinner, watched a movie and were asleep by 10pm.

We are checking out soon and driving around 5 hours to Las Vegas where we will stay for 4 nights. My Dad and Step-Mother Cathy are already there spending our inheritance in the casinos. My younger brother, Jason and his wife Lillie are flying into Vegas tonight as well. Going to be loads of fun.
