One day in Singapore, nowhere near enough, unfortunately! Next time, we'll do it properly!
We started off with THE finest breakfast so far, in our hotel, the Shangri-la, all the local ethnic groups were catered for, Thai, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Malay. Throw in bacon and egg for the Brits, pancakes and syrup for the yanks, muesli and fruit for the scandi's, and coffee and fags for the French and Italians, and everybody's happy!
Did the open-top bus tour of the city, gave us a real taster of what's on offer; Chinatown and little India looked great, as did the Arab area. The Skypark looked fantastic, too, so much to see!
Went for a mosey 'round the Botanical Gardens and the Orchid House, very pretty, and then headed back to the ranch for food and an early night, gotta be up at 4am for the Vietnam flight!
