Hi everyone, just a quick update to let you all know that we are still alive. Jess and I are currently in Venice at the moment and have just been to Rome and Florence. Rome was completely different to what I imagined, there were heaps of beggers and it was pretty dirty and Jess and I both thought it was quite boring (especiall after being in the Greelk Islands). We went to the Vatican and they wouldnt let us in because I was wearing a singlet and Jess was wearing short shorts but we went the next day and I said a prayer for everyone - arent I such a good little Catholic boy, we went to the Collusseum but didnt go in cos it looked pretty boring, then we went to these fountains which was pretty cool. Then we went to Florence which wsa even more boring than Rome, didnt do much there cos there was nothing to do. Saw Michaelangelos DAVID which was ok but honestly how long can you possibly look at a statue of a naked bloke with his kags hanging out??????? Now we are in Venice staying in a tent at a camp site which is pretty cool and we about to go down to the city to go on a Gondala Ride which should be nice. Off to Milan tomorrow which is a bit more of a party place so Im sure that we will enjoy it much more there. Time for us to go and find some pizza, Miss you all, Marcus and Jess
