Over on the other side of the world and in Hong Kong. Slightly different to South America. We enjoyed the cuisine and had some great dishes at the Temple Street night market, where we managed to pick up a few things! During our stay in Kowloon, across Victoria Harbour from Hong Kong island, we took a big bus tour round both sides of the city and visited The Peak, where we had marvellous views across the whole of Hong Kong. We also went to the Hong Kong History Museum and watched the Symphony of Lights light show across the harbour of the Hong Kong skyline! We had a visit from Doug and had fun as we went across to the island, Lantau by ferry. We climbed up to the Big Buddah, the talkest outside standing Buddah and visited the monastery too. We went upto the IFC building observation point and looked at the views across the city from there too. In our time in Hong Kong we also visited a temple, next to the famous Ladder Street and took in the views from the riverside of the incredible Skyline.
